Send Us Your W-9

Click this link W-9 Form and download, print and fill in the W-9 form required by the IRS.
Scan the completed form or take a picture with your smartphone and email as an attachment to [email protected]
In the subject line type:
"W-9 from (your name)"

Step 3
When your referral is signing up, they have to identify who referred them on the sign up form, and this is how we know who referred them.
Once they have PAID, you will receive an email notification.
On your first 10 Referrals you will be paid a referral commission of $300 per new member.
Starting with your 11th referral, you will be PAID $500 per referral from there on!
There are NO LIMITS ON The number of people you can refer!
There are No LIMITS on the amount of commissions you can make!
All Commissions are PAID through Zelle or PayPal from FLip That Stock within 7 days after receiving payment from your referrals.
